The logistics, the safety, the fine print — answered clearly.

Who travels with the group for the full 23 days?
An Osotur team travels with the group from the airport in Colombia all the way back. Minimum 2 hosts per group plus local bilingual guides in each city. You're never alone, and logistics are never improvised abroad.
What are the hotels like?
Carefully selected 3★ and 4★ hotels chosen by location (historic centers or safe nearby zones), cleanliness, and proximity to daily activities. Rooms are double/triple occupancy base. Solo rooms available with a supplement.
What happens if I get sick or have an emergency?
All travelers are covered by international travel assistance insurance — included in the price — with medical, hospital and repatriation coverage. The Osotur team runs a 24/7 protocol: coordinates with the insurer, accompanies you to the clinic and keeps your family in Colombia informed.
Do Colombians need a Schengen visa for Europe?
No. Colombians have visa-free access to the Schengen area for tourism — you just need a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining at return. When ETIAS (an online authorization, not a visa) comes into effect, we guide you through the application.
I'm under 18 — what legal documents do I need?
Colombian minors require the notarized parental travel permit signed by both parents. Osotur provides the exact template and walks you through the process so it's ready weeks in advance.
What's included and what's not?
Includes: international flights + intra-Europe flights, hotels, city-to-city transfers, daily breakfasts, all listed activities and admissions, 24/7 Osotur support and international travel insurance. Not included: meals not listed, personal expenses and anything outside the itinerary.
How do reservations and payment plans work?
Your spot is secured with an initial deposit. The balance can be paid in a progressive installment plan up to departure. We work with each family to design the most comfortable payment schedule.
What's the cancellation policy?
Terms are in the contract: 90+ days before departure the policy is most flexible; 60–30 days out partial penalties apply; within 30 days most of the payment is non-refundable due to European suppliers. We always recommend adding optional trip cancellation insurance.
What is the group experience like?
Curated groups of young adults — mixed — sharing the same itinerary, same hotels and same travel pace. The friendships that come out of this trip last for years. Each departure has limited spots to preserve the quality of the experience.
Can I talk to travelers from previous editions?
Yes. After 10+ years running EuroTrips we gladly connect interested families and travelers with past alumni for direct conversations. Just ask via WhatsApp.
