Terms of Service

Booking & Deposits

All group trips require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Deposits are typically 30–50% of the trip cost. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Payment is accepted via PayPal, which includes buyer protection.

Cancellation Policy

60+ days before departure: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
30–60 days: 50% of trip cost refunded.
Less than 30 days: No refund. Travel insurance may cover cancellations—we recommend purchasing it.

Trip Modifications

Osotur reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or activity schedules due to weather, safety concerns, logistics, or operator availability. We will notify you as soon as possible and make reasonable alternatives available.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the trip cost but is highly recommended. It typically covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Purchase your policy before travel begins.

Liability

Osotur acts as an intermediary between you and local tour operators, accommodations, and activity providers. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by third parties, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. Each service provider maintains their own liability insurance.

Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal. By paying via PayPal, you benefit from PayPal Buyer Protection. Osotur does not store credit card data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Colombian law.
